This has been a year of goal setting for me. More on that here. And yet there was one goal, one ugly goal, that I had been putting off. For years.
Organizing my family photos. Duh, duh, duh.
The more I put if off, the more daunting it seemed. Actually, the more daunting it was! Life with kids moves at a rapid pace. It happens daily. Milestones and memories, all happening right before my very eyes. And I’ve taken pictures quite regularly. I’ve filled up phones and disks, computers and thumb drives. I even got motivated and printed a few of those pictures.
All to collect dust. And guilt.
Until this year. This year I fought back with brave. I fought back and won. And today I’m talking about how I made that happen over here at The Beautiful Frugal Life.
But here’s the thing with brave, as well as family photos. The need to fight for it never ends. My memories, stored as pictures, started piling up again the very next moment. It’s a process, a journey, not a destination. One that requires focus and intention. So I will continue to work at keeping my family photos organized and summoning a daily dose of brave as well.
And if you found your way here via my article at The Beautiful Frugal Life, welcome! I hope you will join me in choosing brave.

Still need to convince you to do mine.
